prices are given in U.S. Funds. JD Heritage accepts payment by credit
card, check, bank draft (drawn on U.S. banks only), international money
order, and cashier's check. Please include estimated duty and GST charges
on the items you're ordering (the average duty rate of 10.5% plus 7%
GST). We'll refund any overpayment. To obtain an estimate of your duty
and GST charges, call 1-563-659-8014. If paying by check, please indicate "Payable
in U.S. funds" beside the check amount. Sorry no COD's.
Suggested method of payment: We suggest using PayPal or your credit card as your credit card company will automatically calculate the applicable exchange rate at the time your order is charged. We accept American Express ®, Discover ®, MasterCard ®, and VISA ®. As of June 1, 1999, Ontario residents will be subject to also pay the PST at 8%.
