ORDER PROCESSING AND PACKAGE DELIVERY. Shipping and brokerage fees are based on order value (in U.S. dollars). The majority of in-stock items will be processed and leave our fulfillment center in the United States WITHIN 24 HOURS. Given the assortment of merchandise offered in the JD Heritage items can vary significantly in both size and weight. Items ordered may not be shipped together in the same package or be received at the same time.

We will ship the merchandise by air in 7-10 days after the order is placed. However, when paying by money order, the order must be mailed to us. Shipping/duty and tax includes duty, consumption tax, custom fee and shipping charges.

Parcel Post: If parcel post shipping is requested, the shipping charges will not include duty, consumption tax and custom fee. JD Heritage does suggest that orders be shipped by air but will ship parcel post at the customer's request. If parcel post is requested the same shipping charges apply as if order did ship by air.

You may need to pay additional shipping charges if you order heavy or bulky items. We, however, do not charge this additional shipping without informing you.

The chart below provides the standard AIR delivery charges which include both shipping and handling fees. Fees are based on the total retail value of the merchandise being ordered.

Exception to items shipped
Once an order is received in our distribution center, they might be unable to ship an item that we previously show in stock. If this happens you will receive a refund for the merchandise and adjusted shipping fee. Your invoice will give you information about the item that was not shipped. This merchandise will not be back ordered.

Product Prohibited to Import
Boats, some of the fish finders, flies (those made with animal fur), guns, ammunition, etc. may not be imported because of international agreements. Also there is some merchandise in the catalog which is not allowed to be taken outside of the US.
