ORDER PROCESSING AND PACKAGE DELIVERY. Shipping and brokerage fees are based on order value (in U.S. dollars). The majority of in-stock items will be processed and leave our fulfillment center in the United States WITHIN 24 HOURS. Given the assortment of merchandise offered in the JD Heritage catalogs, items can vary significantly in both size and weight. Items ordered may not be shipped together in the same package or be received at the same time. You can expect to receive your order in 7 TO 10 DAYS (after it is placed) if you are requesting AIR delivery and in 10 to 12 weeks if you are requesting SURFACE delivery (i.e., by seafaring vessel). Delivery time can be shorter in major metropolitan areas.

If you are not present at the time the carrier attempts to deliver your package(s), a notice will be provided informing you of the time, date and location at which you may pick up your order.

INTERNATIONAL IMPORTING AND CUSTOMS Given that you are ordering merchandise from a company outside of Australia or New Zealand, local customs officials may require inspection of imported parcels and assess appropriate import duties and taxes. Duty and tax are the customer's responsibility.

When requesting AIR or SURFACE delivery, we are not able to pre-collect import duties and taxes at the time of your order. Therefore, you will be required to pay necessary import charges at the time of delivery.

The chart below provides the standard AIR and SURFACE delivery charges which include both shipping and handling fees. Fees are based on the total retail value of the merchandise being ordered. These rates apply for both Australia and New Zealand.

Refer to the above chart and the order form when determining appropriate delivery charges. Duty and taxes are not prepaid and are the customers responsibility.
