Fuel Cap Gasket

Replacement Fuel Cap Gasket for early unstyled and styled tractors, replaces John Deere D1851R Gasket. Our gasket will help seal gasoline leaks from the old worn fuel cap, and has the familiar cork design, however ours blends the cork with a rubber compound to help extend the life of the gasket, and improve the seal. The outside diameter of this gasket is 2-3/4"

When pressing this radiator neck into the original cast iron radiator top, use a wooden dowel, or soft drift 2" to 2-1/16" in diameter placed into the filler neck and gently tap the neck a little at a time, until it bottoms out. The neck is designed to the correct length so that the radiator cap protrudes through the hood perfectly.
